ABOUT ME

HI, I’M ELISE

It’s great to meet you.

If you’ve found you way here, hopefully it’s because you love our work and the emotions they capture.

This is what I truly love. Being lucky enough to be a part of people’s weddings. To witness and capture the love, and joy, the hidden nerves and first looks – it’s the BEST.
We want to remember everything from the day, but over time memories do fade. The power of the photograph and of our images is that they bring back those memories and emotions.

Imagine 20, 30, 40 years from now, looking through your wedding album and seeing that photo of your dad walking you down the aisle or of your mum with tears of happiness as she congratulates you or you and your partner smiling from cheek to cheek as you walk back down the aisle. Your memories may dull, but one look at the photo and the emotions you felt at that moment will come flooding back.

We’ve been working as a team since time began (well, I mean it’s been over 15 years now)

On the big day, my husband Mike and I both photograph so we can have all angles covered. Whilst I’m talking (telling you a bad joke), Mike will be capturing those natural laughs and smiles.

After the event, I edit and prepare your digital images and Mike designs your album (Mike’s degree was in graphic design – my degree, as you could expect was in photography). Once complete we would arrange an album design reveal – where you will relive that special day.

We want you to be you. Real is better than fake.
We understand the majority of people are not fans of having their photos taken (trust me – just ask Mike how I am). We try to make you laugh, feel comfortable and put you at ease so that the real you shines through. If you feel good, your photos will look good. We want you to interact and be natural so we can capture the genuine moments.
